What do you do to keep fit?

            I think it is important to get enough sleep.  Every night, I go to bed early.  I sleep about seven hours a night.  I also eat fruits and vegetables every day.  I never drink soda and I never eat candy or junk food.

            Exercise is a great way to keep fit.  I do yoga every morning and I always do fifty push ups.  I live on a mountain, so I sometimes go hiking after I get home from work.  I sometimes play tennis with my neighbor at the tennis courts near my apartment.

  1. I agree, jason. But I think the Koreatech's lectures are so long and hard, and the students always are pressed for time. So they can't sleep at night enough. Do you agree, jason??

  2. I think it is depend on mind. I'm very positive person so When I eat high calorie food, I think 'Oh I have to do exercise'
    When I have to eat unsavory food(like carrot..), I think 'I will be healthier than before!!'
    actually I like eating fried food and drinking soda. So I'm trying to reduce that food.

    These days I'm doing exercise regularly. Before March I never did exercise.
    I go to the gym with friends and we do stretching, weightlifting and go jogging on the machine
    Now We are planning to play badminton. Already we ordered badminton rackets on a internet

  4. I think it is important not to eat junk food, soda, and so on. Because they are high calorie food and have adverse effets on the body. For example, they have a lot of saturated fat, trans fat, cholesterol, salt, and food addictives. So if eating them continuously, we all become obesity and get cardiovascular disorders, high blood pressure and diabetes. Also eating them leads us to bad habits such as imbalace of nutrition, overeating fat, and eating faster.
    Although it is hard to reduce eating them, I try to do to stay healthy.

    I enjoy sports like badminton and soccer. And I do exercise in the fitness club every day. So I am in good shape and feel better. Recently I have a yoga class to balance my body and keep fit. I'm surprised the fact that you never don't drink soda and eat candy or junk food and soda, actually I love junk food and soda. and I don't do anything to keep fit, except one thing. that is drink a lot of water. oh! I almost forgot it. I love do yoga so I do yoga every day during vacation.

  6. I think it is important to take enough nutrients. Nutrients make power and it is essential to us. I usually eat fruits and I usually eat various food for health.

    I think it is important to do exercise too. I go to ride a bicycle on the weekends and I sometimes play soccer. I feel so fresh while I do exercise. I sometimes go jogging with my sister or by myself.

  8. One of the way to get rid of stress is exercise.
    So i go running for 1 hour once a week. And i go walking for 30 minute for every day. This is what i do to keep fit.
